1. What is WhattaBargain?

WhattaBargain is W.B. Mason’s outlet for new, used, mis-ordered, discontinued or overstocked furniture and office supplies, all available at ridiculously low prices! Our gigantic showrooms are refreshed daily with an ever-changing supply of office furniture and products from all the leading manufacturers.

2. What is a “WhattaBargain BlowOut?”

A “WhattaBargain BlowOut” is a one-day furniture clearance sale. We offer raffles, prizes, samples and most importantly the MOST RIDICULOUSLY LOW PRICES! Treat yourself to complimentary Keurig® brewed coffee, breakfast and lunch as you shop our showrooms!

3. How do I contact my WhattaBargain location and/or sales representative?

See the locations tab for the WhattaBargain location nearest you. On this tab, a phone number and email address is provided for each location. You may also call 1-888-358-6225 for immediate assistance in finding the closest showroom.

4. Is delivery available?

Yes. We encourage self-pickup of purchases; however we will deliver to your place of business or residence. Residential deliveries are driveway drop-offs only. Charges may apply.

5. What is WhattaBargain’s Return Policy?

The WhattaBargain Return Policy is dependent upon the type of product purchased. Used and Seconds are non-returnable due to the nature of the “as-is” condition that is evident at the point of sale. Furniture classified as “New” can be returned within 7 days of purchase in original condition and may be subject to a restocking fee

6. What are the Payment Terms?

We accept all major credit cards, cash and, of course, we can bill your W.B. Mason account.

7. Are design services available?

Yes. All WhattaBargain store representatives are well-trained to assess your individualized furniture needs. Your sales representative can field measure your office space and provide custom furniture layouts free of charge!

8. Does WhattaBargain offer any coupons or in-store incentives?

Of Course! Make sure to frequently check our website for coupons, raffles, giveaways and promotions all happening at a WhattaBargain nearest you!

9. Does WhattaBargain have a Buy Back program?

Yes. Please contact your sales representative or WhattaBargain Store Manager for more information.

10. What kind of products does WhattaBargain sell?

New– Brand new products straight from all the leading manufacturers
Used– Gently utilized products still in superb condition
Seconds– Oops! Products that were mis-ordered, customer canceled, slightly damaged during a delivery or discontinued colors, fabrics and finishes.
Supply Zone– The “Bargain-Row” for office supplies, business machines and a host of other items that were returned, over-stocked or slightly damaged.
Last Call– Must go items at lower than clearance prices.
